The Dungeon Bar & Grill in Fitzpatrick Castle is a wonderful contemporary restaurant. They have an open kitchen, so you can see your meal as it is prepared.
The produce is all fresh and locally sourced, and the speciality dishes are particularly excellent. These include Dublin Bay prawns, with lime butter and coriander, and pan-fried cod steak, served with champ and lemon butter sauce.
