The beautifully refurbished Arch Bistro supplies fantastic French Cuisine at affordable economical prices with a fine service, a pleasant environment and top notch food.
The classically trained chef, who trained under celebrity chef Paul Rankin, joins The Arch Bistro after working at the popular Gables Restaurant in Foxrock, D18 where he was Head Chef. Stephen McArdle has also worked in Paul Rankin’s Belfast Bar and Grill and Cayenne restaurants, before a spending a while in London’s Savoy Hotel and Michelin starred Chapter One restaurant.
