The exciting atmosphere of the restaurant is popular with both young and old alike and you are guaranteed a tasteful meal along with a warm atmosphere.Captain Americas brought the original Hamburger to Ireland back in December 1971. Since then, the exciting and lively atmosphere has proven very popular with both young and old alike. The restaurant takes pride in the fact that it has reinforced the tradition of serving good fresh grub in pleasant surroundings, at real good value prices.

Captain America's has continued to serve good quality American style food such as steaks, Cajun chicken, and vegetarian dishes at great value prices. The restaurants reputation is now legendary, going back to the days when Chris DeBurgh busked for a living in a corner of this very Restaurant, and continues today with a steady stream of interesting and famous people from home and abroad.Over the years, Captain America's has collected hundreds of pieces of memorabilia from visiting Irish and international stars such as U2, Colin Farrell, Westlife, Debbie Harry and David Bowie. They have a full collection of Rock 'n' Roll memorabilia including a U2 signed guitar, Larry Mullan's original drum kit, REM signed guitar and a Van Morrisson signed guitar.

A full menu is served from 12 noon until late seven days a week. The menu includes some of the finest burgers, steaks, chicken dishes, a small selection of Mexican food and mouth-watering desserts.
