Famed for ole blue eyes Frank Sinatra’s stay back in the seventies, the unassuming Bayview Boulevard is just a quick stroll up William Street – or a not-so-quick one if you take in the supercar dealerships in the area. From the outside it looks like just another office building (albeit one with a very nice marble foyer), but travel 25 floors up and your perception will change.

This is the domain of 25th Floor Restaurant and Bar where panoramic Sydney views mix with a modern Australian menu.
